My order from soscene.com showed up packed so well I almost felt bad opening it. The box was super sturdy, everything was wrapped properly, and not a single thing was damaged. I know it’s just packaging, but I was way more impressed than I expected to be. Happy with the whole thing

The site looks fine at first, but actually getting around it was frustrating. The menus weren’t very clear, and I kept having to go back and click around just to find basic stuff. After I paid, I also started feeling a little unsure because the whole process didn’t give me much confidence or reassurance. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the navigation definitely needs work.

I had a frustrating experience with the tracking on So Scene. It kept saying my order was still processing, so I assumed it hadn’t really moved yet. Then out of nowhere, the package showed up with barely any useful updates in between. From my experience, the delivery itself happened, but the tracking made it hard to plan because I didn’t know where the package was for several days.

The pictures were mostly accurate, but the color looked a little different once I saw it in person. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I was kind of annoyed because I expected it to match better. I ended up having to be patient and accept it, which wasn’t what I wanted to do.

The delivery showed up later than expected, which was a little frustrating. That said, everything arrived in okay condition. I’ve had smoother deliveries in the past, so this one felt a bit mixed overall.

I looked through soscene for some outfit ideas, but the whole style selection felt limited. I kept hoping to find something that caught my eye, but nothing really did. Just kind of disappointing, honestly.

I ordered a shirt from So Scene and wasn’t totally sure about the size chart at first, but it ended up being accurate. The fit was just how I hoped, not too tight or awkward or anything. It’s always a relief when you don’t have to deal with a return, especially compared to... yeah, just nice when it works out. Happy with it overall.

The weird part was that at times it seemed like things were moving along, but then I’d hear nothing and have to check in again myself. It gave me mixed signals the whole way through, like maybe it was being handled, but also maybe nobody was really on top of it.
Once the order was cancelled, it felt like I wasn’t much of a priority anymore. I get that refunds can take a little time, but waiting that long for my own money back was frustrating. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but mine just felt unnecessarily slow and annoying.

I got the order confirmation without any issue, so that part was okay. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, though, it didn’t really spell out the next steps or give a clear idea of timing. It left me wondering when things would actually move along

I ordered the blue expecting it to look like the photos, but what showed up was more of a dull gray. I felt kind of trapped because it wasn’t what I wanted at all, but dealing with a return felt like another hassle.

The customer service was disappointing. I messaged them and just waited. Way too long. No quick update or anything.

When they finally replied, it felt rushed. Like they barely read what I said. My issue still wasn’t fixed, so I had to ask again. Same thing. Over and over.
Not really what I expected. If good support matters to you, I’d be careful. It was frustrating

My first impression right out of the package was basically, “Yeah, this is exactly what I ordered.” The item from soscene matched the photos and description well, and the fit was decent. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it didn’t drag either. No real complaints from me, I’d probably order again.

I wanted to like it, but the material feels scratchy on my skin. Like, it looks fine and all, but once I had it on for a bit I just kept noticing it. Maybe it would soften up after washing, I don’t know, but right now it’s definitely not comfy enough for me.
